Asia feat. John Payne

John Payne has been lead vocalist, bassist and driving force for the Supergroup ASIA for some 16 years, releasing over 15 albums with them and extensive world tours.
To continue this legacy after Downes’s departure in 2006 Keyboard wizard Erik Norlander was brought into the fold with existing members Guthrie Govan and Jay Schellen.

On October 16th Sony/BMG release ASIA featuring John Payne- EXTENDED VERSIONS plus a new studio CD in Spring 2008.

This excellent line-up of top flight musicians will perform songs from the last 16 years of ASIA plus also playing homage to songs from the first album in 1982.

ASIA drummer since 2005. Featured on ASIA featuring John Payne-EXTENDED VERSIONS Formerly drummer of Hurricane with Kelly Hanson (Foreinger), Badfinger, Stone Fury, Unruly Child and Conspiracy (Chris Squire, YES)
